Delete your data

Bingo Party starts with a guest account. You may optionally connect it to Google and create a profile. Your account ID and everything attached to it can be deleted from inside the app at any time.

Delete from the app

Open Bingo Party.
On the home screen, tap Delete my data at the bottom.
Confirm when asked.

What gets deleted

Your player record in every room you have joined, including your display name, bingo card and marked numbers.
Any room you created as host, along with its game state.
Your saved Bingo Party profile and Firebase account, including its Google connection if you chose to sign in. This does not delete your Google account.
The app immediately issues a new, unrelated guest ID so you can keep playing.

This is immediate and cannot be undone.

What remains

Aggregate, anonymous analytics events, such as the number of games started, are not linked to your account ID and cannot be traced back to you. They are retained according to our Firebase Analytics retention setting and then deleted automatically.

Rooms are in any case deleted automatically 12 hours after they are created.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email contact@udgamai.com and we will delete the data for you. We respond within 30 days.
