Privacy Policy

Bingo Party is a multiplayer bingo game. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, why, and how to get rid of it. We do not sell your data, and the app contains no advertising.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- No phone number or contacts. We receive your email only if you choose Google sign-in.
- No precise location. The app requests no location permission.
- No photos, files, microphone or camera access.
- No advertising identifiers, and no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
Who processes it
Data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore and processed by Google as our service provider, through Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Google Analytics for Firebase. See Firebase privacy. We do not share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Game rooms, including the player list, cards and marked numbers, are deleted automatically 12 hours after the room is created or the round begins. Anonymous analytics events are retained according to our Firebase Analytics retention setting and are not tied to your identity.
Deleting your data
Open the app and tap Delete my data on the home screen. This removes your profile, every room record belonging to your account ID, any room you host, and your Firebase account. The app then issues a new anonymous ID. It cannot be undone. Full instructions are on our data deletion page.
Children
Bingo Party is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
The in-app deletion control is the fastest way to exercise your right to erasure. You may also contact us to ask what is held about your account ID, or to have it deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
